Cancellation Policy
COVID-19 New Policy Changes* In response to Covid-19, we are implementing new policy changes to better serve our community in a safe & responsible manner. Please review the new policies below• Mask must be worn before entering the salon• Temperature screening upon your arrival• Please send a text message upon your arrival,you will be notified when you can enter for your appointment• A COVID19 Vincent / wavier form will be required before your appointment• Hands will asked to wash your hands for 20 seconds and sanitize after (will be provided)•NO EXTRA GUEST (including children)• NO outside food or drinks will be allowed -------------------------------------------------------------- *CANCELLATION POLICY*
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show or appointments cancelled past the 48 hours mark of the scheduled appointment. To avoid being charged 50% late cancellation fee, please give a 48 hour notice.Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I missed opportunity to fill the appointment time and clients that have been on my waiting list miss opportunity to receive a service. I understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to me and my other clients by canceling 48 hours prior to your appointment. if you cannot do so then you will be charge 50% late fee. To cancel your appointment please do so on this site. When you book an appointment with me, that appointment time is exclusively for you. Cancellations within the time stipulated in my cancellation policy will allow me to allocate this space to someone else without it affecting our ability to operate. Also, please note if you are running late you may have your services time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment and fail to give the 48 hours notice, 50% will be taken as a late cancellation fee.Last minute cancellations or “No Shows” will be charged a cancellation fee each time. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of service amount that was booked, A card deposit of 50% will be required for any service. -----------------------------------------------------------------------
*SICK POLICY *
PLEASE do not show up to your appointment sick or with signs of a cold.Your appointment will be canceled if you show up sick and you will be charged for the full service you booked for. If you need to reschedule please give a 48hr notice to avoid the cancellation fee

Nail artists, hairstyles and ESTHETICIANs do not receive sick pay.So if our CLIENTS get us sick we have to cancel many appointments to recover and avoid contamination other people, and we are not paid time off So please be considerate and don't show up sick ----------------------------------------------------------
*YOUR HEALTH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US* here are some of the ways we ensure a safe experience for every customer. Before you're appointment everything including my station and chairs will be cleaned and disinfected with hospital grade cleaners.Our equipment, including tools and bits, are thoroughly cleaned with state-approved hospital grade disinfectant after every single use.We use new files, new buffers, and new sanding bands for every service to reduce cross-contamination between clients.If you are feeling sick please reschedule prior to your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee/ No show fee. We are doing our best to keep all our customers safe.
